How to enroll to LUDT?

The enrollment should be sent with the bank receipt of the fee by January 30th, 2009. Any documents and fees should be sent to LUDT, piazza Togliatti 11/13 - 46047 Porto Mantovano (MN)LUDT fee
- One- enrollement (valid for three years): € 200.00
- Yearly fee: € 1100.00 if you choose one payment or 2 installments ONLY if the enrollment is completed by January 30th, 2009.
- Otherwise, you could pay in two installments:
1° installment: € 870.00 by January 30th, 2009 - 2° installment: € 300.00 by March 15th, 2009
- It’s strictly compulsory paying the whole fee even if you choose to pay by two installments.
- Students, who would like to join LUDT after January 30th, 2009 could enroll paying a fine.
- 50 euros; if the enrollment is completed between January 31st, 2009 – March 31st, 2009.
- 50 euros; plus 50 euros, every 30 days of delay, if the enrollment takes place after March 31st, 2009.
- Students, who are not paid-in, could not make texts and/or defend their final paper, concluding the LUDT program.
What documents should I send?
- Application form
- Substitution self certification of birth, residence and tax code (alphanumerical code for personal identification, SSN cultural equivalent)
- No.3 small pictures for documents
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of payment
Attendance
Foreign students can attend the courses periodically organized by LUDY and the intensive Summer Session Dance in Italy!, whose attendance is free to LUDT students.The training is obligatory and can be organized at:
> the LUDT Affiliated/Patronage Schools;
> Summer Session Dance in Italy!;
> Our International Partners;
> School suggested by students.
The trainer should ask for the LUDT endorsement for each of these alternatives, at least one month before he had indicated to begin his/her trainee. The decision of endorsement is absolutely unchallengeable and exclusive prerogative of the LUDT, although the Secretariat tries always to respect students’ needs.
Exams
It’s possible to do exams during the Summer Session “Dance in Italy” and on-line.Theory exams
The new technologies make your study easier. You will be tested by internet, thanks to Skype (with a system more guaranteed and direct, avoiding cheats!). You will just send us an email, one month before, asking for being tested the day you have chosen. According to the availability of our teachers, you will have your personal test when you are prepared!Pratical exams
You will have the possibility to do it any time the LUDT Commission will be present at one Affiliated Schools/Patronage Schools/International Partners. You should ask to the Secretariat the activities’ schedule. It is always possible to do exams during the Summer School Dance in Italy! and during the LUDT stages for LUDT students. You have to make the application one month before the date you would like to do the exams. The Secretariat will send you back the answer concerning teachers’ availability in 7 working days.Final Paper
The final paper can be defended during a school term proposed by the student and accepted by the LUDT team. The application has to be sent at least one month before the date chosen for the paper by the student. The acceptance by the Secretary followed exams’ procedure.The final paper can be defended ONLY after three months from the last successfully exam done. When you asked to defend it, at least one month before the date chosen, you should send > a Word file containing your LUDT exams’ votes.
> a PDF file containing the whole final paper prepared.
> the copy of bank receipt of payment of the final paper fee, € 290.00.
